Private Suite Package
One Private Suite package provides event admission for up to six (6) registered guests. The listed price covers the entire group.
Your Private Suite
Your group will receive a private room or suite inside the estate reserved exclusively for your party. Suite size, configuration, furnishings, and amenities vary by property.
Overnight Stay
The Private Suite includes overnight accommodations following the event. Maximum overnight occupancy may differ from the six-person event admission limit and will be determined by the sleeping capacity and occupancy requirements of the assigned suite. Final overnight occupancy will be communicated before the event.
After Hours
Registered Private Suite guests receive access to the exclusive After Hours portion of the Ray Virel Mansion Experience.
Private Ray Virel Experience
Includes a scheduled private meet & greet and photography experience with Ray Virel. Timing and duration will be determined by the final event schedule.
Primary Reservation Holder
The purchaser serves as the primary reservation holder and is responsible for submitting required information for all guests before the event.
21+ Only
Every attendee must be 21+ and present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
Private Location
The exact estate address, arrival instructions, suite assignment, and additional event information will be provided directly to confirmed guests before the event.
Property Selection
The final luxury estate will be selected based on attendance, availability, accommodations, and production requirements. Promotional imagery represents the intended experience and does not guarantee the specific property pictured.
Travel
Airfare and transportation to and from the estate are not included.

Venue, schedule, suite assignment, amenities, and event details are subject to reasonable modification based on availability, production, safety, weather, or circumstances outside the organizer's control.
